Lawn & Yard

Lawn mowing

Mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing off walks and driveways. Weekly, every other week, or one time.

Yard cleanup

Overgrown yards, storm debris, and general cleanup.

Leaf cleanup

Leaves raked and blown out of beds, lawns, and driveways, bagged and left curbside for pickup.

Hedge & bush trimming

Hedges and shrubs shaped, plus small, low branches from the ground. No removals, no climbing, nothing near power lines.

Weed pulling

Weeds pulled by hand from beds, walkways, and pavers.

Flower beds

Beds cleared, edged, and refreshed, and flowers and shrubs you pick out planted. Sprinkler or irrigation line work isn't included.

Mulch & pine straw

Fresh mulch or pine straw spread to tidy beds and keep weeds down.

Sod installation

New sod laid in bare or dead patches, or a small yard. Ground prep and cleanup included. Sprinkler or irrigation line work isn't included.

Pressure washing

Driveways, sidewalks, patios, pool decks, and fences, cleared of mildew, dirt, and stains.

Gutter cleaning

Leaves and gunk cleared out and downspouts checked. Single-story homes only, from a ladder. No roof work.

Pool

Pool cleaning

Skim, brush, vacuum, empty baskets, and balance chemicals. One time or regular visits. Chemical balancing and cleaning only. Equipment repairs get referred out.

Green pool cleanup

A cloudy, neglected pool brought back to clean water. Equipment problems get referred out.

Home Repairs & Odd Jobs

Drywall patching

Holes, dings, and cracks patched, sanded, and touched up. Small patches only.

Interior painting

Rooms, walls, trim, and doors, with careful prep and cleanup. Homes built 1978 or later.

Exterior painting

Fences, sheds, front doors, trim, and porches, plus touch-ups. Homes built 1978 or later.

Caulking

Tubs, sinks, windows, baseboards, and trim re-caulked.

Door & cabinet hardware

Sticky or squeaky doors fixed; hinges, handles, knobs, locksets, and cabinet pulls swapped.

Furniture assembly

Beds, dressers, desks, shelves, patio sets, and play sets.

TV mounting

Your TV on the wall with the cords tidied. Uses existing outlets, with no in-wall wiring or new outlets.

Shelves, blinds & curtain rods

Shelves, mirrors, pictures, blinds, shades, and curtain rods hung level and secure.

Weatherstripping

Worn door sweeps and weatherstripping replaced to stop drafts and bugs.

Screen repair

Window screens, screen doors, and small porch screen panels rescreened.

Fence repair

Loose or broken pickets, boards, and gate hardware replaced, and sagging gates fixed. Repairs only, not new fence lines.

Deck repair

Worn deck boards, loose railings, and steps replaced. Non-structural boards and railings only.

Minor carpentry

Small wood fixes like trim, baseboards, small shelves, and loose boards.

Floating vinyl plank (LVP) flooring, single rooms

Click-lock floating vinyl plank in a single room (bedroom, office or small living area), with trim and cleanup. Floating floors only: no glue-down, subfloor or structural repair, tile, or bathrooms or other wet areas.

Plug-in appliance setup

Plug-in appliances like microwaves, mini-fridges, and freestanding fridges set up and leveled. Plug-in only, with no gas, water lines, or hardwiring.

Seasonal

Holiday lights

Lights and decorations hung on the house, bushes, and yard, and taken down after the season. Plug-in only, from a ladder, and kept off the roof.

Hurricane prep & storm cleanup

Existing storm shutters and panels put up and taken down, yard items secured, and branches and debris cleared after a storm. No tree removal.

Moving Help

Move-in & moving help

Furniture and boxes loaded, unloaded, and carried in, then set up and assembled.

Small jobs only. No roofing, electrical, plumbing or AC work.

No job too small.
